Get this straight first: it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to your system. All it does is say it's doing super-low-level open heart surgery to the vitals of your machine. Use it to make the boss think you're a high-tech computer specialist who can detect problems before he can, and who can perform this sort of stuff without quaking in fear.

For a sensible OS/2 user who properly looks at what the program does, this can be a very useful source of humour.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.
