Undot.cmd is a Rexx procedure to replace one or more dots, commas, spaces, brackets and braces in filenames by an underscore character, except the last dot: the extension is preserved! With a path, most likely with wildcards, the collection of files to be processed can be specified. Subdirectories are searched. The procedure is easily adaptable, embedded comments indicate how.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.
